Exchange & Returns
Did you receive the wrong goods or do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help you! You have 30 days to change your mind from the delivery date to request an exchange or refund.
Exchanging or returning is easy. Follow the steps below:
- Send us an email at info@vanoriamode.nl and we will send you the return instructions.
- Return your package to a courier of your choice within 30 days of receipt.
- After we receive your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you informed by email and send you a confirmation once the return has been processed.
Returns conditions
Products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The tags and/or labels are still attached to the products.
- The products have not been worn or damaged.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
Please note: Any return shipping costs will not be refunded.
What are the return costs?
Returns are at your own expense. These costs depend on the courier and the country from which you return the package.
Exchange for a different size or product? That's possible!
When registering your return, please indicate that you want to exchange a product for a different size or another product. We will immediately start working to process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Exchange product no longer available, what now?
Ask our customer service for the possibilities. We will keep you informed of the expected delivery time. If the product is sold out after you have registered your return, we will contact you to find a suitable solution together.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you cannot find this email, our customer service will be happy to help you.
What can I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, it can happen that a product gets damaged during shipping or production. In that case, please contact us via info@vanoriamode.nl and send a photo on which the damage or problem is clearly visible. Our customer service will help you as soon as possible with a solution.
I have exceeded the return period, can I still return my order?
Please make sure your return is sent within the 30-day period. If this is not possible, we will offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement product or a credit note. Please contact our customer service for the possibilities.
How long does it take for my money to be refunded to my account?
After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can see when the package has arrived with us via the Track & Trace code; from that moment the 10 working days start. As soon as the refund has been made, you will receive a confirmation of this. Please note that it can take up to 3 working days before the amount is visible on your bank account.
